just had new tenants move into a rental flat. very happy with the work carried out by Hayley, Hayley answered all my questions promptly she carried out many viewings to try and find me suitable tenants, giving me valuble advice and guidence in choosing the right people. I talked to many high st estate agents, none of them came close to Hayley

Helen has been great and made the transition of moving into our first rental home very simple. Helen has been able to answer any queries quickly, even if it was outside of office hours, which made the whole admin process alot less stressful. She was so polite and welcoming which made the whole process so much easier.

Hayley Chelton was a truly outstanding agent. She responded to all correspondance promptly and called me regularly to keep me updated on what was happening with the process. She went above and beyond to be reassuring and helpful throughout. She was incredibly patient and calm, no question I had was too much bother and even when she wasn't sure of the answer she would seek to find out for me as a priority.I can't thank her enough for making the whole process of moving as calm and easy as it could possibly have been at what was a very stressful time for me!

Monday 7th of June was contacted by the London agency stating the flat I wanted to reserve is longer available (Bermonds Locke) as their allocation is booked. However it is still being advertised as available as of today on their website (11th of June) and they are still taking reservations - either they are falsely advertising non-available apartments or misinforming me once again!

Hi a_munthakimThank you for your review and feedback.Having investigated the cause of this fault, it would appear that a technical integration between ourselves and the provider had failed, thus the availability which both staffs were advised and aware of was different to that which was correct in our back end system, thus the adverts had not been removed correctly. This fault was found recently and resolved and we have now added a failsafe alert to the technology to inform us should there be a period of time where no availability update has been received.We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Kind regardsAccommodation.co.uk

Booked a viewing for a three bed and was shown around by the estate agent and landlord. Noticed black mould growing in one of the walk-in closets in the main bedroom.When this was pointed out, the landlord tried to fob me off by stating it was condensation from tenants not opening windows (it was a closed closet with no windows near it). The painter who was there also said "we'll just paint over that, don't worry," as I was viewing the property with my one-year-old in my arms.Absolutely disgusting that a house being let has black mould on show and even more disgusting that the solution was to cover it up. This was before we'd even decided to rent. Hopefully someone will report that landlord and get his houses condemned!Edit: You can see from their reply how they fob people off. I grew up in a house with walk-in wardrobes and never experienced mould. Also never heard of mould growing from damp clothes. That would have to be a lot of damp over a long time. Surely the first step would be to locate the source of the issue before blaming tenants?

Hi Luna We are sorry to read about your experience.It is common for mould from condensation to build in areas where there is a lack of ventilation, such as wardrobes, especially if damp clothes had been put in their too soon.The solution is to treat, then paint over such affected areas, and ensure good ventilation through the windows and vents moving forward.That said, we take on board your feedback, we try and ensure the best possible experience when viewing properties, balancing the needs of the landlord in reducing void periods with showing them in the best possible light.We wish you the best of luck with your property search.

I was managed by Dan Butcher, he provided the most comfortable and smooth process. Dan is extremely professional, he goes above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I felt that accommodation.com is a very advanced platform for letting properties. From the beginning I had a video viewing with 360 cameras to shed a lot of light on the condition of the property and the property referencing and background checks were let through Canopy which was very easy and enabled all the checks to be completed with 1-2 working days. I was very shocked that it was so simple and straight forward. I am extremely satisfied with the property and my experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

My relative recommended accommodation.co.uk as they recently rented out their property via their company and I've heard only good things so far in regards to their service. My relative were initially renting out their property under a well-known letting company however had a terrible experience which is why they decided to find a new one. This was good for me as I was looking for a good letting company that I can entrust my property to and so far I only have good things to say about their service. My relative recommended Adam as he was their contact person during the initial letting phase and I just want to say a massive thank you to Adam for being so patient, for his approachability, prompt responses and efficient work. I'm very grateful for all his help since I've unfortunately encountered some failed electric checks at the start which delayed the move-in date but even through this Adam was very supportive and not pressuring in any way. Thank you so much again for Adam and accommodation.co.uk for your amazing service so far!

From the minute I spoke with Dan,all the way to when I moved into the property he was such a breath of fresh air. He was understanding, compassionate, efficient and very professional.
