I carried out an energy assessment at one of their properties in November and still not been paid. The agent rarely answers phone and fobs off that doesnt have landlord details. You will never get a reply from an email from accommodation.co.uk or an answer on the phone regardless of which number option you select. Contractors stay clear.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with an agent named Brooke. She scheduled an appointment with me and then canceled it several times. Each time I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new appointment, only to have it canceled again without a valid reason. This pattern of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. I expected better service and reliability from a professional agency. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.
