This was my first time listing a property for rent and it couldn’t have gone better. Adam Cooke took care of every detail leaving me with nothing to worry about. The process was smooth and nothing was too much trouble. Adam was fantastic in putting me at ease and explaining all my options whilst maintaining contact with updates at every step. There’s no doubt that I’ll be using Accommodation again and I would recommend them to every prospective landlord and tenant. If I could give a 6 star then I would!

My experience using Accommodation Letting Agency for my flat in Liverpool has been excellent and a different class to others I spoke with initially. Helen was extremely helpful and professional and found a credible tenant very quickly. Once the tenant was in, Chelsea has taken over the baton providing me with a managed service which again is professional and she goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues that arise. I applied for a rent to buy scheme for an apartment and sent over all documents on the 15th of July. The paper requirements were over the top and took a lot of effort to sort out. On the 25th of July (8th of August as I write this) I heard last from them after being reassured on the phone that everything looks good with my application.It's been two whole weeks and I can't get in touch with them at all, no email replies, the phone is always busy, they never call back. I've not been warned about the whole process taking this long or that it's impossible to get in tocuh and ask for an update on something this important.All I need is to be kept informed on my application status which takes less than a 5 minute email.*Update* I received a call this morning (9th of August) with an update about the application and some more information to clearify everything, after leaving the review. That little bit of information and reassurance was honestly all that was needed, thank you.**Update** Everything has been smooth after last update and I have moved in. Pretty pleased with everything since then! If it wasn't for that initial experience I would have left 5 stars.

As a first time landlord I had no knowledge or experience of the process of letting out a property, however Accomodation.co.uk and in particular David Conti have made it so straightforward!Accomodation have been excellent with providing information and support via their website, emails and messaging and David has always been quick to contact me about each step in the process and what I needed to do. He was also always easy to contact and quick to respond, unlike some companies who require A LOT of chasing!From our first meeting I felt reassured that David knew the area well and would find the right tenants for me (which he has now done) and it all happened much quicker than I anticipated it would, which was great! Since day one, as a landlord Accommodation have incorrectly paid me due to mixing up their fee with what I opted for. I have had to chase for payments and statements, works have been wrongly charged and therefore I have been underpaid, and they have confused property works for one property and added it to my statement.
For 5 months they let my property out whilst unsecured (without a back door lock). Multiple times I contested this as it was against insurance and logic.
For over 5 months (to date). My previous tenants ruined come kitchen cabinet doors. Quotes by accommodation were obtained and agreed by me, but the work has yet to be done.
As a tenant. AVOID. My tenants have more than once, got in touch with me because they can’t reach the required person. The last time it happened. Accommodation apologised to me for ‘missing’ their email.
To sum up, It’s harder to manage the letting agency than it is to manage the tenants on my own. I have since moved back to a location closer to my tenants and I’m seeking termination of the agreement after agreed works are complete. Unfortunately their complaints department/procedure is almost nonexistent
