Sam in Bristol was great. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, really communicative and very efficient. She stepped in to help with few last minute things to get the property ready for the new tenants. I like how she got to know me and the property, to understand what I was looking for by way of tenants, and to be able to confidently answer the questions of the tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Accommodation.co.uk and in particular Sam in Bristol.

Dan B has been an absolutely amazing. Me and my wife originally didn't get accepted for the property we really wanted. However, the tenants who originally got the property fell through. Dan proactively reached out and not even two weeks later, we signed and got the keys. As this is the first time me and my wife are renting together, it was a bit nerve wracking and Dan was so patient with all of my questions and would give me the time to chat if I needed it Thank you so much Dan for being a part of mine and my wife's next steps in our Journey and making it such a smooth transition.

Had a viewing booked for 13:00 at a property. Traveled 2 hours to get there to view it and no estate agent was there to show us round. Waiting around 15 minutes before calling the office only to find out the property had already been taken and let to someone else. Had no cancellation email or text letting us know not to waste our time or fuel getting there. Very frustrating and to top it off no apology given.

Helen was amazing ! She guided me along the process calmly and gave me very useful contacts so I could provide all the documentation needed. I really like the fact that I didn’t receive any form of pressure to put my house on the market (compared to other agencies). When I was ready and in a rush I was amazed by how quickly and smoothly the process went. She really went to the extra mile for me, not even talking about the availability. I was happy to receive a few applications and to be able to make the right choice receiving her guidance. Thank you

Do not, under any circumstances, use accommodation.co.uk The disaster started the moment Brooke, the so-called letting agent, couldn’t even bother to show up to our viewing on time, and gave zero notice. That should have been the first red flag. Instead, we got sucked into a two-week circus called a “vetting process,” only to be told, five days before move-in, that we “didn’t meet the requirements.” During this fiasco, I begged for phone calls, rang their office hundreds of times, and was met with a wall of silence. Brooke wouldn’t pick up the phone, wouldn’t answer, wouldn’t communicate like a professional human being. When she finally managed to arrange a call, she rang the wrong person, not even the lead tenant. It would be funny if it weren’t so infuriating. And then, when we were down to the wire, panicked and desperate for somewhere to live, they had the gall, the audacity, to suggest we hand over £6,000 to “secure” the flat. Accommodation.com isn’t just incompetent, they are insulting, exploitative, and a masterclass in how not to run a business

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry to hear your experience was not as you had hoped, we would like to clarify a few points. The viewing began a few minutes later than scheduled due to traffic and an earlier appointment running over, we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Your application was processed through our referencing partner in the usual way. Unfortunately, your group did not meet the required referencing criteria. As advised, communication regarding these checks needed to be made directly with our referencing partner, and delays occurred due to missing or incomplete information. When it became clear that the affordability criteria would not be met, we explored an alternative option, to pay the shortfall up front, alongside the first month’s rent and deposit. This totalled approximately £6,000 for the City Centre apartment and was entirely optional. Without meeting the affordability requirement or choosing the alternative, the tenancy could not proceed. We understand this outcome was disappointing, but the referencing process is in place to ensure suitability for both tenants and landlords. We wish you the very best in securing accommodation. The worst company ever. Caught the landlord looking through the back windows, told this company about it and they said, well it’s his house. Now they are trying to steal my deposit, saying work is needed when the house was handed back in better condition than when we moved in. I would avoid at all costs Yes please Scott, can you share the document I signed or the message I sent to say that the landlord could perv through my windows at my girlfriend when I was at work.

Your concerns were fully investigated by Rent Smart Wales, the governing body for landlords and agents in Wales, who found no issues with our conduct. The landlord’s visit you mentioned was arranged with you in advance and formed part of the agreed communication throughout your tenancy. We have a full record of these arrangements, which was also provided to Rent Smart Wales, and can share this timeline if required. With regard to your deposit, the matter remains ongoing and is currently being discussed between you and your property manager, Richard. Disgusting. I'm a first time landlord in West Midlands. We started working together in March. After signing the contract, there was practically zero contact. I waited weeks for photos to be taken and for my property to be listed on the market. No updates, supposedly some applications were involved, but in the end, nothing happened. Even now, when I want to terminate the contract, no one is responding. Pathetic, a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this agency or the agent, Vijay Chamber. I gave them two chances and was still ignored. 3 months wasted, thanks

Dan Butcher and Chelsea Tancred look after the Leeds area for Accommodation, they have been very professional, reliable and helpful, especially it’s our first time in renting our flat out, Dan gave us very good advice throughout the process of finding a good tenant and on everything related e.g. pricing, contract, insurance, handover, etc., Chelsea looks after the tenant’s needs during the tenancy, e.g. understanding the exact issues and resolving over phone instead of just placing an order for someone to go to flat thus making savings for us as landlord, I am indeed grateful to have Dan and Chelsea’s support, they respond quickly, I have no hesitation to recommend Dan and Chelsea to any landlord in the Leeds area.

In the space of 4 weeks I had a newly decorated and carpeted property with new tenants checked out and ready to move in. I am very pleased with this company as every time I’ve had any issues they’ve stepped up and sorted it very promptly. Their team here are all professionals and very good at what they do.
