Hayley was excellent from start to finish. She is experienced and has local knowledge which combine to make her fantastic at her job. I cannot praise her enough. My house was advertised one day and let the next because she was proactive and invited potential tenants who were looking for just my type of property. Her support, wisdom and good humour continued through the process of the tenants moving in to make it as smooth as possible.

As a landlord I've been with the company for a few years. Just been allocated a new property manager, Omer, who is excellent. Answers all my questions prompt and with solutions where appropriate. Wasn't sure I was going to stay with the company but will definitely continue with them now.

This is my first time renting privately as previously I have lived in student halls. Moving to another city was daunting and I didn't really get the chance to visit Manchester often to look for accommodation. However, Brooke was amazing. She provided me with such detail of the house I am currently living in and even sent me a video tour of the house before viewing. Doing everything online was certainly easy and better for me with my previous situation. I have lived here for nearly 2 months and any issues have been dealt with professionally. Both Brooke and Julie that manage the Salford area have been so helpful and have made me feel like a valued tenant, offering me support with some problems. Overall, a great service and would definitely use Accommodation again!

YellWORST LETTING AGENTS EVER
The WORST letting agents I have ever had to deal with in my 4 years of renting privately. Maz the property manager is incompetent, unprofessional and poorly trained. Moved in to a property that was FILTHY, surfaces weren’t even wiped, dead snail on the kitchen work top, the floors were covered in dirty. All the walls were covered in black marks and scuffs. The carpet in the bedrooms were in very poor condition. The bathroom still had the previous tenants belongings which were again not hygienic. The door had a hole in it also. When I arrived to check in the third party inventory agent warned me it was filthy and in need of a deep clean. I didn’t move in until a month later due to the amount of work required. And even then I had to get my family to repaint and deep clean the whole house. Landlord didn’t haven’t earthing in kitchen causing me to have electric shocks and didn’t fix until a month after contacting them about it. Still not got my deposit back

I have dealt with many house agencies and landlords before and Accomodation.co.uk is the best one of them by far!Big thanks to Julie Findlater and Brooke Simons for being absolute superstars. They ensured that everything during the move-in went smooth and without a hitch. They are very pleasant and professional.They are very responsive, answering immediately or the same day to any requests. Arranged any maintenance immediately, changed my move-in date same day when I requested, helped me even with lost keys!They even do the house visits occasionally to chat with you and make sure that everything is ok with your accommodation. How nice is that?I couldn't be happier with the service and I highly recommend. Thanks very much for your help Julie and Brooke!

I used the let only service and as a first time landlord I found the process really straightforward and stress free. On the valuation visit Sammy gave me lots of useful information and contacts for a few jobs I needed doing prior to letting which I really appreciated. She was open and honest throughout. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Hayley did a great job from the very start. Our initial viewing was unrushed, then she guided through the offer process with friendly professionalism. Emails and texts were answered promptly, even out of hours. After so many disappointments with letting agents, Hayley never let us down. With her help we had the keys for the flat we wanted in six days. Whatever she said she would do, she did. Hayley is a star.

This is the first time that I have become a landlord and I was slightly worried about the process of getting everything set up. Hayley has been great and very patient in answering all my questions (even late in the evening via text message). My tenant has only just moved in so I can't say much about the Accomondation's management of the property but so far I feel very comfortable having chosen them.

Fantastic and efficient service from start to finish. I initially met Dan Butcher and Ross Harding, who took me through the viewing and the next steps if I wished to proceed.They where both very professional. They where at the viewing early. They had carried out there research and could answer all my questions. Dan Butcher was my main point of contact going forward and was amazing at following up with the referencing and moving in date keeping me updated with the progress throughout and answering in a timely manner my questions.For my self I am very customer centric and it is fantastic to work with a company with the same values. Keeping the customer updated, following up, checking that the customer is happy is all a customer can ask for. Thank you so much for all your help. I highly recommend you both and the company.

This company is absolutely amazing! I spoke to Dan Butcher and Ross Harding through the process. I Found a great apartment which they had going zoopla with more than sufficient detail and clear pictures. I spoke to Dan who was very kind enough to run through the procedure with me and told me exactly what I needed. I then visited the property which both gentlemen were very accommodating and made it very easy to view and let the property sell itself and were there for all the information you need. They were very clear and said we’ll get back to us applicants by the next day which they did on a Sunday and once I was accosted by the next day I filled out the remaining referencing and payments and it was all complete! All throughout they have been very communicative and answered and helped with all question and you can really tell they both strive for excellent service I was able to get a property with them from start to finish within 3 days being that I saw the property on the weekend.I would extremely recommend this company even the applications were not as long as I though and process was very easy, it literally felt too good to be true. They managed expectations and said what they were going to to and done it.So thank you Dan and Ross really appreciate it. :)

Dan Butcher was my point of contact for viewing a property in LS26. As an anxiety sufferer it was good to have Dan who has a very friendly yet professional approach to all clients. He took his time to explain the floor plan instead of rushing through it, and any questions were answered throughout promptly and correctly. Dan Butcher would recommend him anywhere to tenants looking to move and also landlords looking to let their property. 100% professional service and left no loose ends at the end of the viewing either.

I rented a property managed by them. when i moved, the property was well maintained and i was assigned to a property manager who I could call if anything was out of order. The property manager, Maz Mirza has been nice, responsive and accommodating all through my stay at the property. I would recommend them as a good letting agent.

Thanks David for his help from the initial consultation to securing a tenant. Local knowledge is so important, as I changed from Hello Neighbour to Accommodation.co.uk. David said he'll be able to find a tenant within a week but was able to get someone in within a few days. Honest, knowledgeable, I would defo recommend.
