Troy was extremely helpfulTroy was very helpful throughout the process of trying to secure student accommodation for my niece. It wasn't the most straightforward process, no thanks to a very mercurial booking process at the accommodation. However, Troy stayed on it, emailed and called until it was all sorted and my niece was able to secure her accommodation, all in less than 24 hours.

I have been badly let down by trusting this letting agent.On our viewing the letting agent didn't show us the garden that need separate access by making excuse that they don't have a key to the garden door. However, the agent promised us it is good and the broken shed will be fixed to a good standard. It was stupid of us to trust the word because we believed this agent is not like other traditional agents. After a week we arrived to sign the contract and pay the deposit but we were kind of rushed. As soon as we signed the contract and pay the deposit - I was surprised to see the urgency of the agent to leave immediately. We asked for the location of Gas and Electricity reading and access to the Garden. Her response was they are let only and left us to deal with the landlord who were 2000 miles away in other country. For a moment we felt as we were scammed and didn't know what to do. We had to spend hour trying to locate the Gas and Electricity meter with landlord on phone, and when we open the Garden door we were shocked to see it in a mess. With weeds, Japanese Knotweed, broken tiny glasses and plastics and mess everywhere. Had they show this to us at the time of viewing by being honest, we would have never taken the flat as the main reason of taking the flat was to find the garden for our little daughters to play.In addition, whether the agent are let only or full service they should have a basic knowledge of where the Gas and Electricity meter is - rather than leaving tenants to figure it out with the landlord who are in different country!In a way I am angry with myself in putting a trust on them. I just feel they were hiding the nasty surprise for us. Not to mention other issues such as nosies and very unfriendly neighbours for which I am not fully putting blame on them.Now the garden is not suitable to use, and the shed they promised is made but in very poor condition and not usable at all.My advise to you guys is to be honest and get the basic information of the property. View the garden or other part associated with the tenancy you are going to let it to your customer. If it is not up to the standard request landlord to improve it. The reputation of yours is in line.After nearly 2 months since I have moved to this property, I am still regretting in trusting them and feeling bitter about whole experience.Personally I will not recommend and will run miles away the next time I have to deal with them.

As much information and access was provided at the viewing as was available at the time.Agreements and monies requests were sent in good time to allow for you to review and query as required. I understand the move in was completed in 1.5 hours with the landlord being contacted at the time regarding the meter readings.We will shortly provide you with a full complaint response to detail exactly what has happened, how we have attempted to resolve it and how we will try and stop this from happening again in the future as we take learnings from your review.We wish you the best of luck moving forward in your new home.Kind regardsAccommodation.co.uk
