First time moving out into an apartment is daunting never mind during the current situation however Helen has been more than Accommodating, always friendly and polite. From answering all my questions to keeping me updated with everything along the way, including how quick the process way despite the Christmas period. I found accommodation Agency very professional specially Dan is a very friendly, well manner and professional person. He replied all my queries quickly and in polite manner . I was little confused regarding how letting agencies work because I never took rented house from letting agency earlier and it was a good experience . Accommodation have been fantastic, after a bad experience with a previous agent, Helen and the team were there every step of the way and ensured we got the right tenant in a short time frame. We even achieved an extra £50pm over asking price! A modern take on Lettings which suits the busy landlord, highly recommended and would not hesitate to use for any future purchases!

Elena was my agent, and she was truly exceptional. I had 48 hours to organize a move from Continental Europe to the United Kingdom. Elena offered several options, which were accompanied by details and videos, quickly. On a Friday and a Saturday, Elena worked late into the night. I found Elena to be professional, honest, and friendly. I am happy to have made Elena's acquaintance, and I shall gladly work with Elena again.

I initially had a difficult experience with Accommodation.co.uk as the property management company for the apartment I am renting. I was left without water for four days, and during that time, I struggled to get assistance. My apartment was cold, and I spent days waiting for someone to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one arrived.Additionally, communication was lacking, with little to no updates on what was happening. I was repeatedly told to expect help within four hours, but the wait stretched over several days, which was quite frustrating.Thankfully, once Howard became involved, the problem was resolved very swiftly. His prompt action was much appreciated and made a big difference in turning things around. While the initial experience was challenging, Howard's efficiency was a positive note that helped resolve the situation.

Excellent experience all around, but especially setting up the management service for our property. David Conti guided us through the process with accomodation.co.uk but also explaining regulatory requirements etc. He went beyond the call of duty to support us, taking care of the things we couldn't handle ourselves when we were unable to be at the property. I don't know how we would have done it with David and his team.

This is a great company and give excellent personal support. We were working with Dan Butcher to find a tenant and with it being our first time as a LandLord the process was made less daunting with Dan. He was helpful, supportive, honest and reliable. He secured a tenant within a week and it was all set up and in place within a month. Highly recommend.

From viewing to signing for the let was simple and relaxed. Everything done on line. except for the viewing where our agent Dan Butcher was extremely professional with a friendly manner which put us at ease straight away. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We could ring him at anytime. Forms and emails were easy to understand and fill in.Both my partner and myself very happy with the service.

After waiting for 2 weeks for someone to view the house and discuss the starting stages with me just for the appointment to be cancelled is very poor compared to the other companies I've talked to. Called the number on the website but had no answer or call back. I also called Brooke (the person I as to be meeting with) but there was no answer. Some of the emails I received had grammar mistakes not a massive thing but it didn't look very professional.All in all it didn't fill me with a lot of hope that both my needs and the tenant's needs would be met.

After a slight mix up over viewing appointment times, Maz answered my call. She could not have been kinder or friendlier and she called back when she promised she would. Maz was very professional and helped rearrange the viewing for later the same day. At the viewing Dan was professional, friendly and very helpful. All round great service, thank you.
