I have been trying to view a property for which they confirmed me twice in writing with a gap of two days and both the time they cancelled my viewing making a lame excuses which shows their lack of coordination amongst their own teams and showing misleading ads

Hi FaisalWe are sorry to read about your experience. Having spoken with the agent involved, they did not feel as though the property was suitable. This 2 bedroom, first floor flat within a converted building was adjudged to be too small for a family of four, whilst the foot traffic noise from children would disturb the tenants in the flat below.Our automated booking system allows tenants to confirm viewings 24/7, however this is subject to pre-qualification from our agents.We wish you the best of luck with your property search.
