We had Accommodation.co.uk during one of the worst tenancies I have ever experienced. We lived in a flat that reached an average temperature of 5 degrees during winter, leading to black mold covering most of the flat and our furniture. Accommodation.co.uk claimed to be doing everything they could to help us, yet not a single thing changed during our tenancy. They simply prolonged the situation until our move-out day arrived.They attempted to shift the blame onto the landlord, asserting that she would be terminated after our tenancy due to creating an inhumane living environment for tenants. However, when it came down to it, they placed another person in the flat, subjecting them to the same issues we faced. A month has passed, and our deposit has not been settled due to basic facts they overlooked during our check-out.They wasted a significant amount of time during our tenancy, and even post-move-out, they continue to neglect their responsibilities as estate agents.I look forward to waiting another six months for our deposit to come back!
