A fabulous service from Brooke end to end. We wanted to refurbish and refurnish the flat prior to reletting and Brooke organised all the trades and works and liaised with us for colour/product choices. She had excellent ideas and was knowledgeable about the area. Communication could not have been better and we could hardly believe the amount of interest the listing attracted. Tenants are now secured and we look forward to an ongoing great relationship with Accomodation.co.uk for ourselves and for our tenants.

They confirmed an appointment with me both a week prior and the evening before. I travelled down from Birmingham to view this property (in South London) and they didn’t have the respect to turn up. I called all numbers I had affiliated with them and none replied. I had responses from the number that texted me a confirmation of the appointment, and then proceeded to ignore me after finding out my situation. If I could I would put less than 1 star. They had no respect for my time and money.

Definitely advice all future landlords to stay away as the agents are useless. I had a viewing today RSVP booked and confirmed to only be let down by an agent called “Elena” who did not attend and cancelled the viewing on our calendar after our viewing time. She then went even further with rude emails and refused to reschedule. Absolutely shock.
