Really great letting agent. Super friendly staff, professional and efficient service. Dan kept me fully updated with calls and texts throughout unlike most agents where you have to do all the chasing!! From initial viewing to completion the whole process was slick and smooth. Highly recommended.

I was supported by Emilia who was so proactive and was able to move a 12 month tenant in within 2 weeks of receiving the key. Great communication and easy process. Will now only exclusively work with Accomodation when looking for a tenant.

TrustpilotOutstanding service from Helen and Accomadation.co.uk
The experience we have had with with renting our apartment through accommodation.co.uk and in particular, Helen, has been a real pleasure. Helen took time both F2F and in correspondence to answer our many questions, she even visited our home to meet us. Helen gave us the confidence that they were the right ones to give our business, from the initial engagement to selecting the right tenant has been excellent. Highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

TrustpilotSuper slick
Couldn’t have been a more seamless rental experience, and it was my first time as a landlord. I was onboarded by Aaron Short - a super knowledgable guy and a pleasure to deal with. From there they did everything for me between their letting agent Brooke and their central management team (Maz). Seems like their operations are VERY slick, built properly for the modern day. I even forgot to get the flat deep-cleaned and they managed to sort it on the very first day.Would recommend to any of my contacts. Makes things super simple.

He has gone beyond expectations and is a really easy person to work with in finding a new tenant for my rental property. I will have no hesitation in using Dan’s services in the future.

TrustpilotThe agent did not show up!!
Unfortunately, Sammy did not show up for the appointment, neither she called or emailed me cancel in advance or apologise for not coming! Very disappointing to leave work early for this valuation appointment and to arrive well before time to be surprised by this!

Helped us find a home when we felt lost!I reached out to Paulina having arrived in Manchester with little idea of where myself and my 6month pregnant wife would be able to stay long term. Even with very short notice she was able to get us into a modern and stylish apartment at a decent price and was courteous, professional and helpful throughout.I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her services. Thank you so much. Hugh, Camila and bump.
