TrustpilotAmazing and stress free experience with Dan
An absolute pleasure and stress free experience with accommodations, especially our letting agent Dan an absolute star. He took on all responsibilities finding, vetting and sealing the deal. He basically made our experience smooth, easy and stress free from start to finish. He really does put a personal touch to his service and puts himself in the landlords shoes, making sure we have tenants that are trusting and won’t give us hassle later. You’ve been an absolute star Dan, we will definitely be working with you in the future too. Amazing service, personal and always on call to answer any questions. Thank you for your help.

TrustpilotLandlord at a Distance
We are in London and our rented property is in the North West outside Manchester. This means that one needs to be able to trust the Letting Agent to truly act on one's behalf,( since a quick check up on proceedings is not possible.)Accommodation Co.'s Scott George has done exactly that for us- and what an unusually pleasant and stress-free process it has been. He has understood our particular requirements and matched our house with suitable tenants. His communication skills are excellent; he is well-informed, reliable ,prompt and was courteous throughout. He has also been willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all went smoothly..the service was exemplary. Well done Scott and thank you!

Dan was very professional and really helpful. Great customer service, even during the weekend.. Couldn't ask for a better guy to help us find a property in Leeds. The property world could do with more estate agents like him! :)

TrustpilotSammy Taylor
The professional manner in which Sammy conducted our initial meeting made it vey comfortable to deal with her and we felt confident that she would find us a suitable tenant within a short period of time. She communicated with us well and kept us abreast of everything that was happening on a daily basis via text, email or phone. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sammy to other landlords.

TrustpilotVery bad experience
Very bad experience. Please be cautious before sending money as the person you might be talking to can be someone else. Be careful dealing with David as he will ask you to send money first and "release keys after"Too many scams and frauds be aware and do your research before proceeding. Thank you !

Hi SardWe are very sorry to read of how you feel about your recent move in to one of our properties and would like to apologise for the impression which has been given. Please rest assured that, as per the signed tenancy agreement, our code of practice as outlined by the PRS, an independent ombudsman, and as is normal in all new tenancies and letting agents, rent and deposit monies must be paid prior to the contract starting and the keys being handed over to a new property. We do however appreciate the review, as we see all feedback as a gift, and will look to implement clearer messaging in our digital journey, along with asking the Local Agent to highlight this much earlier in the process.Kind regardsAccommodation.co.uk
