Thank you for the support from Brooke and Riley on my rental the apartment in Salford. All of them are kindness and put lots of effort to support the tenant. I gave lots of trouble and inquiries to them over one month on the rental. They all gave me a quick response and concern what you need. I am lucky and happy to have their help. They really helped HongKongers. It's a good and comfortable house. Appeciated on their selfless support.

We didn’t expect how finding properties now is much easier than before especially with the pandemic still around.A lot of digital works to do tho’ I must admit we’re on the SC (senior citizen) side😂 we managed to complete all necessary requirements after we got the property to rent. Time consuming if one is working full time. But nevertheless, all went well with all the help from Hayley as she’s so organise and informative informing us step by step all the way in what we have to do until completion.It doesn’t end there as she’s ever willing to help of any queries you might encounter on moving day.More power to accommodation and hope you’ll continue with your good works. Highly recommend👏

TrustpilotGreat Short-Term Let Option in Dublin!
Trying to find a short-term let in the Dublin rental market was tricky but we came across Accommodation.co.uk and they had exactly what we were looking for with a 2-month short-term let. The hotel is brand new and was so comfortable to stay in, the staff are lovely and we had all the necessary booking support with our agent Troy Cartwright.We did have to wait over a month for our deposit return but this was a very slight negative in a world of positives.

Based on the glowing reviews, we decided to switch our properties (Fee free) over to Accommodation as our current agent is quite deceitful and incompetent. However, after 14 weeks and many email exchanges, nothing was achieved and then they started introducing fees that would apply. So it felt like we were moving out of the frying pan and into the fire. Very disappointing.

TLDR: Amazing, friendly agents but poor communicationI viewed a PERFECT flat with accomodation, and the estate agent was very friendly and informative throughout the viewing and I understand that they are very fair to both applicants as well as landlords. However, there was some serious miscommunication between us throughout the application process. I was told that there was another applicant and when I applied and perforned the relivent checks, this was on my mind. I kept asking whether I was competing with other applicants throughout the days these checks occured and they kept avoiding my question, then I was told that my application was complete and the house was taken off of the market and I asked again whether there was still competition, and nobody replied. I called them, too but every time I tried, nobody picked up so I started applying to other backup places. Today I signed on with one and also got an invoice for the property with accomodation which confused me as I thought they were still undecided. The agent was understandably upset when I told her I couldn't continue, but this would have all been avoided easily by being more transparent with me although it wasn't their intention, I was led to believe I was in direct competition with people up until I recieved an invoice. Really, both me and them lost out from this issue as I had my heart set on this property from the start, but after a week of poor communication, didn't know where I stood the entire time. I haven't had this issue with any other estate agents, and feel it would be easily solved by hiring more staff to handle communication whilst the other agents are away on viewings

From start to finish, Brooke and Riley provided a service that exceeded all expectations. Communication was timely and clear throughout, keeping everything on track as best as possible during what could have been a really difficult time to move with the pandemic and lockdown going on. They made it all feel very easy. Thank you for making it all happen and providing a real personal service. Riley even followed up with me after I moved in to see if I was happy with the accommodation! I am delighted with my new home and would definitely recommend to contact them in your search.

Accommodation UK are well organised , efficient and keep you updated in a timely manner throughout the letting process. ( and at reasonable cost). Their business model is certainly the way to go if looking for rental agent. Hayley Chelton our local agent was particularly good and has put my faith back rental agents after a few bad experiences with expensive and inefficient companies that were only interested in themselves

I had a very pleasant stay at Leman Locke, through accommodation.co.ukAs a international student moving out from university accommodation to private accommodation was very hectic for me, but I found a fantastic apartment through accommodation.co.uk The accommodation team and Mirko the estate agent were very helpful. During my last days I needed extension on my contract, which they granted me and understood my problem. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay as my apartment was very near to my uni, and 10 mins walk away from tower bridge and very close to central London. I’ll definitely choose accommodation.co.uk again.
