Accomodation.co.uk has managed my husbands property for over a year now. We are impressed with the speed of responses to questions and they demonstrate that they are flexible to meet the needs of both the tenant and the landlord. A friendly professional service. Thankyou.

TrustpilotAccomodation.co.uk Service
The service at Accommodation.co.uk was excellent and made the whole application process very straightforward despite being in lockdown.I was very lucky to have Scott as my agent during the process. He communicated very well and was quick to reply when I had any queries about the properties. The service all together has been amazing, even with himself on leave temporarily, he left me in capable hands in Howard to complete the final parts of the contract. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience with the company and would definitely recommend it.

TrustpilotWe strongly recommend Helen
Helen has guided us throughout the whole process from start to finish. As overseas landlords, Helen’s communication is amazing and has taken, what at times has been, a stressful situation into one where we know what’s going on and know the next steps. We cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to any other landlords.

TrustpilotDan, a 5 STAR Letting Agent! 👌🏼
We’ve been looking for properties many months ago but couldn’t get to secure the ones we’ve liked before. Dan, as compared to the other letting agents, has helped us from the day we have emphasized that we love the property he showed to us, which we are now living in 🥳 He delivered a wonderful service to both me & the landlord in a professional way. We have moved in just yesterday and both my parents are very happy with the property, his outstanding work ethics & approachable personality. THANKS AGAIN DAN! 👍🏼

TrustpilotExcellent company!!
I am so the half computer/paperwork generation! Why? When accommodation lettings began my tenancy interest, I was like...!?! everything verified online via Canopy? Sceptical and unsure were my two top words at this point, how wrong I was. Rest assured they are the most straightforward, professional and helpful company that I have ever dealt with, giving me security assurance and confidence with my rental process!!! Excellent work Dan and thank you!!!!
