Really fast and efficient action by Mr Dan Butcher to get my flat let. Good pre-let advice followed by speedy process so that the void period was negligible between the last tenant leaving and new one moving in. References etc processed rapidly. Thanks.

TrustpilotA positive experience
The experience from the beginning has been positive, Charlotte secured tenants for the property quickly and managed to communicate well with us despite us being overseas. Our property managers Chelsea and Maz have been great. They have kept us informed of any issues that the tenants have had to ensure that the property is looked after.I would recommend them to manage your property and look after your tenants.

TrustpilotDan from Leeds is excellent!
As a new landlord, I spoke to a few letting agents to understand the pricing/service/support and I must say, one agent who stood out from the lot was Dan. Dan patiently explained me all the process and helped me from start to the end of tenant finding process. I would highly recommend accomodation.co.uk. If you are in and around Leeds, having Dan would make the process even more simpler and easier.
