TrustpilotI Helen, Thank you for your support!
I found Helen to be professional, yet very personable, and easy to work with. Very easy process, but also she was there if I had questions, and got loads of advice, from professional cleaning firm to insurance ....Her expertise and willingness to help highly appreciated. Keep up good work!

TrustpilotI had a good experience!
I had a good experience with George from accommodation.co.uk. Pleasant manner, good online communication, photography and updates about enquiries and he found good tenants for my quickly within a few days. He had a couple of technology hiccups, but he resolved those in decent time. I would definitely recommend accommodation to other landlords looking for a responsible and professional agency for their property.

TrustpilotFriendly, helpful and very efficient
Friendly and helpful. Ross found us a tenant within a week of talking to him. He quickly liaised with us to complete all of the paperwork and gained references on the tenant. He has also been our eyes in the property, as we are long distance, spotting a few things that needed sorting out and quickly arranging for a quote and work to sort them out. Highly recommend him!

TrustpilotAbsolutely amazing service received
Absolutely amazing service received. My move in process was smooth and hassle free. When you arrive with loads of luggage and hours of travel, you really want the accommodation you booked to be as true as shown in pictures and described by the agent. Well, I must say, mine was even better than the pictures! I loved my stay and there was never any issue.

As a landlord I changed to Accommodation almost a year ago and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Chelsea looks after the property management and deals with any issues promptly, keeping me informed and providing a great service. Helen has kept my rooms let and as a result I know my property is in safe hands!

TrustpilotBest possible scenario!
I shall say that was a bit anxious while looking for places to stay, but Troy handled my concerns and questions so thoroughly that I soon forgot the feeling. From answering questions to sending videos to moving quickly with paperwork, this was the best possible scenario of moving during a pandemic. Give the man a raise because he deserves every penny of it!!!
