I am a new landlord and Helen Ball, my local Letting Agent, has done an amazing job explaining the process, preparing and marketing the property and getting great tenants residing in the property. All communications have been clear and timely. The online platform provided by Accommodation.co.uk is simple and easy to use - easy access to all contracts, reports, references, etc. I can't fault my experience with them so far and highly recommend using them to manage your property.

I highly recommend Accommodation.co.uk to any landlord! The team responded immediately to my initial request online with a phone call. Their system is super easy for the tenants to use especially out of hours! The representative in my area is lovely and a landlord herself so really understands lettings from all sides! My property received so much attention we had an open day and i was able to chose who i wanted out of a selection of really strong tenants. This is my first time using Accomodation.co.uk and they will be getting all my business moving forward as im genuinely delighted with the seamless process! Keep up the good work team!

This may be the third time I left a review for accommodation.co.uk. I am truly impressed by the excellent services of accommodation.co.uk ever since I've entrusted them to manage my property. My tenant has recently left and Dan has quickly help me found another tenant to move in. Dan has also conducted a very detailed and thorough inventory check for my property during tenants moved our and moved in and sent me the full reports for reference promptly. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dan and the accommodation.co.uk team for their effective management and timely communication with me all along as the landlord and would highly recommend their services to other landlords looking for a conscientious and responsible property agent who works professionally with good ethics.

I found and moved into my new home through Accommodation UK. Charlotte, the agent, was fantastic! She was professional, thorough and friendly. Always prompt with responding to any of my questions. The admin process was also stress free without having the long winded application forms and paper trails. The process was completed all on line through an independent company (Canopy) that was also as equally impressive. You received daily updates and prompted you when information to keep progressing things along. The turnaround from the viewing to receiving the keys was exceptional and took less than 10 days which exceeded all expectations. I would definitely recommend Accommodation UK to Landlords and Tenants and if you are in the Warwickshire / North Solihull / Birmingham area then you are in complete safe hands with Charlotte. This company and its representatives are a breath of fresh air ! 👍

My names Andrew I can’t thank j9 accommodation enough as Iv lived in there apartments for 12 now if I have eney problems in my apartment or eney help I need they respond straight away all other tenants are nice and they are always improving the building I would recommend them to eney one.
