As a first time user with letting my property with a web agency, I was very impressed with the communication, speed in finding tenants, processing the documents and getting my place occupied. All this done remotely and during a lockdown.They are also far cheaper than traditional agencies but do not compromise on service.George Quinn was fantastic.

It was a complete waste of time and disrespectful. I went to the property location but never received a call from any agents although I got an email from "Hayley" saying that she will be waiting. I suggest being more professional and respectful of your clients, or just shutting down the business because our time matters.

No one let me know I was unsuccessful. Waiting for an email that never came. Very disappointed, as a retired person I thought they were looking for someone long term. Can't even speak to someone. I shall be avoiding this company from now on. Communication is the key.
