A friend referred me to The Partnership and I am so glad I went with them. The online workflow tool, the messaging system and the e-documentation made the process of house purchase simple, convenient and transparent. Professional, well organised, always apprachable, Top service

Big thanks to Lilian Goodwin and Hirakshi Shajpal for completing the conveyancing process of my property purchase. Both were very approachable and always answered the calls when I had queries and also replied to my queries on the portal within 2hrs. They made sure every minor aspect was covered in the process. Though the seller's solicitor and landlord's solicitor were unwilling to provide some documents, Lilian made sure all the relevant paperwork was done in the right way without budging to their pressure. The Partnership portal was amazing and easy to use. You have all the conversations, documents and statements at one place. It helped in keeping the whole process transparent. I highly recommend this law firm.

The Partnership were fantastic

The Partnership were fantastic, I would definitely recommend them. From beginning to end I felt looked after. Ava was great in the beginning and then it was passed to Ismail. Ismail worked so hard to coordinate two house sales and two house purchases to go through on the same day, as well as catch the stamp duty, a tall order and he achieved it all! He was always at the end of the phone if need be or literally as I pressed send on my email he had a reply straight back to me. Ismail was patient and calm and made me feel as if I was his only client, at what must have been one of the busiest times for him. Absolute excellent service, I can't thank him enough. Aurelia was also excellent. Everyone I dealt with made me feel confident that things were getting done. This is one firm of Solicitors that you don't have to chase, unheard of lol. The portal is user friendly and the pie chart is great at keeping you up to date on the sale and purchase of your property. I can't recommend this company enough.

Amazing people and service!

This was my first experience of buying a property, which as most will agree, is mega stressful. But The Partnership made it so much easier, I cannot recommend them enough!!They’re highly communicative and knowledgable, always available, empathetic, their platform is great as it really helps you to track the progress of your sale / purchase and I really do think what they charge is fair. Great efficient service

Great efficient service from the partnership. We've just completed with them for a property sale and would highly recommend. The portal is amazing at keeping you informed at every step, giving you details of what's next and handy that all documents and messages are in one place. I was worried that because of this it may be tricky to get hold of someone on the phone and there would be a push to online. But as my insecurities rose towards the end of the sale (due to some non standard share of freehold stuff that needed to be dealt with), I was bugging them a lot on the phone and email and they were always responsive and happy to spend as long as was needed to address my concerns. Fast acting, nice people, with great communication

For me communication is always the foundation. If that's good then everything else generally comes together. Communication is outstanding at the Partnership. Despite the issues covid have placed on businesses and the pressures in the housing sector due to the stamp duty holiday the people at the Partnership have been totally on it with keeping us up to date and responding to our communications very quickly. Their online portal is very easy to navigate and simple to understand - something very important when the documents being exchanged are so long and often complex. The people who have been handling our house sale have been really kind, thoughtful, efficient and good-humoured. The system of selling and buying houses in England is very stressful. The one element that we have confidence from start to finish in all of this has been our solicitors. A massive thank you from us. It's not quite over yet but we have no doubts the rest of the process will run smoothly in their hands.

The process & referencing got confusing…

The process & referencing got confusing for someone who is not very computer literate and sending documentation through the portal a nightmare! Prab & Vaishali were very responsive even if sometimes I felt out of the loop. Fortunately my seller & I struck up a good relationship so we sorted a lot of it out between us. Thank the lord its all over now - never again!!
