Limited communication from the solicitors and a lack of hustle when it really counted. They sold my property, so it was job done in that respect, but with a lot of undue stress along the way.
I am so sorry to learn that you think we are "average at best". Amna and Alex will be upset to hear that they "lack hussle" - especially as we were selling and so the buyer controls the timing. I am sorry we could not make selling your flat less stressful for you.Peter AmbroseManaging Director

The queries raised seems to be missed out by the lawyers and only been answered on the day of exchange. The name on the contract has a typo which is not professional. However, response are fairly quick and staff ate helpful.

The fact that the seller's lawyer mis-spelled your name on the contract, is annoying - it is acceptable for us to change the seller's contract, but asking seller's solicitors to re-send contracts for a name change is typically met with silence!Despite all those issues that we both had to contend with, obviously delighted that you were happy with our responsiveness and that you found us helpful!Peter AmbroseManaging Director
