Apart from a wobble when our vendor's solicitors told their client they didn't think the sale was proceeding because they hadn't heard from ours, The Partnership did a good job and got us there in very good time. They gather ALL the documentation before forwarding it to the other side, rather than sending it in bits and pieces, and in our case this led to the vendor threatening to put the property back on the market because he thought nothing was happening on our side. We did also experience a lack of clarity in some communications, and had to send a passport twice because they failed to scan it properly the first time, but apart from these brief blips in what is a stressful process, we were happy with The Partnership and would recommend them.
