We have nothing but the fullest of praise for our Partnership conveyancing solicitor, Rebecca Thompson, and her team. We have now sold one house and bought another using their faultless and reasonably priced service. They have been quick, efficient, tough when necessary and charming throughout. Their online portal works brilliantly and we won't hesitate to use the firm again should we need. We will also highly recommend them to friends and family.

We were happy with your service until yesterday when we found out your finance department had miscalculated the funds needed for completion and had subtracted the original deposit monies from the completion monies. This entailed another trip to the bank to make yet another payment due to your error. It should have been checked before sending to us for payment.
I can only apologise for the oversight on your case.We pride ourselves on our accuracy and attention to detail, and on this occasion, we did indeed miss the fact that the original deposit had not been removed from the balance.I make no excuses other than it was a slip-up that we should have caught before we notified you for payment.We will of course monitor your case closely up to completion in January.Peter AmbroseManaging Director

Pretty efficient. I really liked the automated portal they communicate through. For one thing it's a form of enforced filing so you know exactly where to find things.One suggestion for improvement. Sometimes you get long complex forms or technical language. For that you need more explanation than 'please sign' You need to know exactly where to sign. A spot of hand holding would help.

Fantastic service. This came recommended by a friend and they really were up to expectations. They're extremely helpful and, most of all, patient with property ignorant (or generally ignorant Id' rather say) people like myself. Also, that pie chart they use to keep you updated on the progress of your case is really helpful to have a quick visual idea of where you're at.

excellent would definitely recommend and use again when the time comes, we had a particularly difficult case and near collapse of sale due to 3rd party involvement and they work extremely hard to keep everything together and on track, cant thank the team enough and would have been a very different ending if they were not so professional and helpful all the way along especially when you need them the most.

This is my first experience with the Partnership. The service has been first class and the online portal has been excellent. Constant communication from Lewis and Anna has kept everyone in the loop and their communication with another lender's solicitors (who were hopeless!) and the vendor's solicitors was always calm and polite - even at the most frustrating moments! I will not look anywhere else when buying or selling a property.

Fast and very effective service. There system of communication is brilliant. Prompt response when you email or call them. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. I think they are the best in the country. It took only 8 weeks from appointing to completion Expensive but worthy every penny. I would recommend this company.
