We used The Partnership for the sale of our house. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely professional. The online portal made communication very straightforward and the weekly updates on a Monday a very nice touch. Apart from the portal it was always very easy to get through to the offices by phone and telephone queries were handled very efficiently. All in all the inevitable stresses of moving were kept to a minimum!

Used the Partnership a number of times and had previously good experiences. This time the communication was pretty poor at key points and the the response I had from the managing partner was disappointing - with a request for a call not even responded to. One significant error was a missed payment of stamp duty which I had to point out and have corrected.
I am so sorry that we have let you down this time.In the maelstrom that was the past few weeks, I did miss that notification from your message and can see that would have only contributed to your frustration.This past month has been particularly difficult for everyone here, and I am sorry that you were caught up in these torrid times, but pleased that you were able to meet the SDLT deadline.Peter AmbroseManaging Director

Levels of communication were really good also, kept informed throughout the entire process. The online portal is really helpful and easy to use.
