Great service from partnership. We were very happy in completing well within time of the initial phase of stamp duty holiday. The whole team was very responsive and answered our queries well in time via the portal or phone. We were always kept updated on the progress made or if stuck in any delays. They made the service really smooth considering conveyancing process is so complex by nature.

Everybody I spoke to at 'The Partnership' regarding my property transactions was helpful and efficient. Selling and buying property in the middle of a Pandemic and through 'lockdowns' has not been easy but 'The Partnership' did everything possible to facilitate the process. Excellent work from a truly customer focussed, professional team and pulling off a fantastic result for us despite immense pressures with the SDLT holiday and the odds of meeting this deadline stacked firmly against us. The best thing in work with The Partnership is the way they use IT (information technology) to automate all routine tasks which will speed up the progress. Delays are still big but not due to lack of productivity of The Partnership.

I wish I could choose something below 10They took 850£ and 3 months, they were emailing me about the documents that were missing and went the deal fell through I asked my agent if I had to pay anything and she said no.Then these jokers contacted me 4MONTHS later saying that I had to pay more for the investigations that were never completed Disgusting!!!
I am so sorry for your frustration - deals falling apart are very annoying for everyone. We did send you an abortive bill for £387.60, (25% of our fees we quote) for the work we completed. You are absolutely right - we should have sent it sooner - I can only apologise for that.We make it clear in all our documentation that we charge abortive fees but feel that 25% is not unreasonable.The other money you paid was for searches.
