Excellent Service Quick disclaimer! I am an estate agent and we do recommend The Partnership. I used The Partnership so that i had first hand experience of their services and would be able to confidently recommend them with my own knowledge. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, friendly and professional. I would happily suggest them not only to my clients but to my family and friends. Without them our sale and purchase most simply would not have gone through before Christmas. They have worked hard and keep all parties involved making it so easy to stay well versed in where we were.

We were recommended The Partnership by our daughter-in-law who had used them to sell their house in London. We had not been involved in the sale of a property for many years and so were rather anxious when we decided we should sell our London flat. Soon realising we were in safe hands the process was thankfully very smooth with the minimum of stress. The progress reports on the portal every week were very helpful. Sale of leasehold flat and purchase of freehold house.

We used the Partnership on recommendation from my partner's colleague. They were absolutely amazing, the online dashboard is great for checking up on where we are in the transaction and the ability to pay by card instead of going to the bank to make the payment for the deposit is really useful (same for putting monies on account).Alex could not have been more helpful and without him and Jasmyn pushing so hard we would never have gotten to exchange today due to the obstructive nature of some of the other solicitors. 3 weeks from offer to exchange - need I say more!

Having previously used them for my house sale and being impressed then, I used them again to buy my next property.This was a time critical sale with a tight deadline of 4 weeks to exchange. We did it in 3 weeks! Estate agents kept singing their praises too. They keep you up to date with the portal and messages. The use of online documentation transfer makes things speedier to turn around.Everyone is very friendly and helpful on the phone. I always got through to someone who could answer my questions.All in all highly recommended!

Not worth the extra cost.

Not worth the extra cost.I went with The Partnership despite a higher fee owing to better service promises and highers reviews but feel quite let down. Throughout the process I have had to chase for updates and after a few issues - including the solicitor dealing with my case stating that her assistant had spoken to a gift donor when he had not even attempted to call - this culminated in the report on the title including information that was entirely incorrect regarding the lease length and start date. This was put down to a 'drafting error' by the manager but is not at all a hard piece of information to extract and I can only hope that the due diligence process was, as promised, re-completed with the manager to a higher standard.Overall the sale has gone through but I have had to devote far more energy to the purchase than should be necessary, especially when the overall fee is around £300 greater than almost every other property firm in the London area. Given hindsight, I would not chose this firm to deal with my purchase.

It is my first time to use services provided by this solicitor company. To be honest, at the beginning, I am not quite sure whether they can provide a good and efficient service. This is my first experience with Solicitors, team has handled my case very well and supported well through out the journey. Not great, poor customer service

I'd used the partnership for my last house purchase when they were great but this time they were very average. Little willing to go above and beyond to make the process easy for me. Poor quality of communication with me on progress. I wouldn't use them again. Solicitor in charge of my case only got in touch when I complained and then proceeded to tell my why I was wrong and my complaint was invalid.

The Partnership have been brilliant. Very professional but friendly people who were a pleasure to work with. It felt like they genuinely cared about our sale/purchase.
