The lawyers are very responsive and experts in conveyancing…..which also means they do not advise on other matters but make that very clear upfront. All in all great service at good value.

Very good up to Completion

The handling of the sale of the property up to completion was excellent, especially when dealing with a purchaser's solicitor who was poor and unresponsive. Unfortunately I do have to say that with an exchange to completion timescale of less than a week I would expect that someone would have picked this up rather than it being ignored until they returned from holiday with less than 2 days to completion. Yes, everything was completed in time, but I am not happy that this was all left to the last minute. This was so different to the attention my sale received up to that point.

I used The Partnership for the sale of my property as well as the simultaneous purchase of mine and my fiancé's next home (both in south London). I found the quality of the service and communication we received throughout extremely good. The online portal for sending messages and sharing documents made the whole process far easier. What's more, the people working on our case (Jess Davis and Laverne Townsend) were very helpful, friendly and approachable from start to finish. It took me a while to get used to the portal as I do prefer the personal touch but it was never a problem getting through to speak to somebody if need be. If anything Charlotte, Laura, Natalie, Jodie, Choi Lynn & Jo were too efficient as they were pretty much always waiting on me, making me look bad!Joking aside this was a welcome step up from past experiences of conveyancing where I have experienced long, unexplained delays. The Partnership was highly recommended by the estate agent for my sale and purchase, and my decision to work with The Partnership team (Emma and Lois) throughout the process to get me to exchanging contracts was the right one.The combination of the secure, easy to follow online portal and its funky dashboard was great as I could upload and download most documents securely and easily and follow step by step how things were progressing.Also, communicating on the odd occasion (the good old fashion way) when things weren’t clear or when handling issues, was a fantastic part of the overall service too.Everyone I spoke to at The Partnership was friendly, helpful and at the same time extremely professional.I’ve sold and purchased several houses over the years, but by far this is the best property solicitor service I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.Give The Partnership a try, you will not be disappointed, I was not!

Brilliant service!

A brilliant service from the Partnership. I can confidently recommend them to any seller. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, and the online portal creates an environment of total security. It is also a great way to keep an eye on where the process stands, and eliminates the need to post most documents as they can be sent securely via the portal.Online security may come with a sting in the tail, however, as there seems to be an over-reliance on communicating exclusively via the portal during the legal process, and a reluctance to actually pick up the phone if something is urgent or requires discussion. This slows things down if one isn't chained to a secure computer 24/7! This is not a major issue, but an observation, and the only source of small issues for us.

I was very impressed by the partnership. Everything runs super slick and this is helped by having a good network of people looking after a file (although a dedicated person is allocated). The portal is excellent and allows all parties to communicate quickly and easily..no more waiting for a letter to be replied to or waiting for post to be delivered ! All the staff are friendly and approachable. Solicitor and assistant, as well as support staff, all very knowledgeable and quick responses to queries/correspondence meant very stress-free transaction from this point of view.The company may charge (slightly) more for their service than some of their rivals but the age-old saying you get what you pay for is genuinely truthful here.
