My solicitors, Mandeep and Jordan, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly and approachable - nothing was ever a bother. I was actively encouraged to reach out, should I have had any questions, and they were both very proactive in their communication. What's more, Mandeep's attention to detail was meticulous and I always felt in safe hands. The process to exchange of contracts was lengthy and complicated due to various issues, but at each hurdle The Partnership acted with care and in my best interests. I really couldn't recommend them enough.

Through the whole process of buying a property the people working with us treated the transaction with the utmost care and it was apparent at all times that they knew exactly how important the transaction was to us.On a practical level, The Partnership use a customer portal to provide visibility on where the legal process is in its life cycle - what is remaining and how much has been done etc. Also all documentation is kept together in one place which is very handy, especially at the end of the transaction.

Since Oliver took over it's been 5 stars but before him the solicitor responsible obviously didn't even read the contract properly as he was not aware of the tight time scale. Oliver had to take over to save the exchange in time. So between 1 star for the first and 5 star for the 2nd solicitor it's an overall 3 star. A shame because Oliver and his assistant were excellent.

But our solicitor and legal assistant couldn't have been more helpful. This is transaction is the first time I used the partnership but the third time I've bought a house and I wish I had been introduced to the partnership earlier. I can't recommend the partnership highly enough. If you want a skilled, diligent conveyancing solicitor backed by a simple and easy to use online platform you can't get better than the partnership.
