This is the second time I have used the Partnership and I have been very satisfied on both occasions. This time the transaction took much longer....not because of any failing, but because everyone - and i mean everyone - was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. I have found the Partnership's secure portal for clients really useful for tracking progress and keeping in touch with how the transaction is progressing. The weekly update emails are good, but sometimes sparse in content - probably due to slow progress through the pandemic. The Partnership has been professional throughout and excellent value for money. I would certainly use them again for a future transaction.

However, there were some repeated and fairly basic errors in paperwork (we were sent more than one document towards the end of the process with my name misspelled, for example, or not updated with the re-negotiated price) slowed down a fairly pressured process and meant that we felt we needed to double check everything.

Yes - it is particularly frustrating when the seller's lawyers do not get your details right on the contract (in your case, name AND price) when you are buying a property, as you were doing. The challenge is that if we ask them to reissue the paperwork then often we are just told to "change it in manuscript" ie by hand which is then gets updated towards the end of the process. I do appreciate that whilst this is standard procedure, it can be quite disconcerting.However, I was very pleased that you found us helpful and were able to be contacted, which in these particularly challenging times, is very important.Peter AmbroseManaging Director

I used the partnership before and although the buyer pulled out last minute, at the exchange of contract stage a couple of years ago, I didn't hesitate to use their services again. I've just sold a flat in London, and although I live in Northern Ireland, it only took eight weeks from my instruction to completion. The online service updates as forms arrive at the office, it tracks and lets you see the progress of the sale, stages completed, and how far there is to go. This online service is backed up by helpful staff, that also phone to let you know if something is amiss. My solicitor Nabil, deserves a special mention, as he not only got back to all my emails but he answered ALL my calls, and was very courteous throughout, considering that I was a bit apprehensive in the later stages of the sale, due to my previous buyer's last minute change of mind, so I maybe got a bit too involved. Thanks again Nabil for your patience and professionalism.
