Jade and Eloise are very responsive and helpful but we are still waiting for Daria to send us the complete dated and signed Contract as we need it to remit the balance of the purchase price (we have asked for the Contract as few times) required by my bank.

What should have been a simple sale became protracted because of an extremely pedantic solicitor on the other side.Everyone at The Partnership worked extremely hard to bring it to a conclusion and I was kept informed all the way.I would have no hesitation to use The Partnership again or to recommend them to anyone else.

I’ve been recommended The Partnership as solicitors to handle my first property purchase and I am very happy with how fast everything was handled! At times I had questions as this was my first buy and Mekael and Saskia responded very promptly to all of my questions and assisted me all the way! Couldn’t have been in more capable hands! While communication via the platform is great, it is sometimes difficult to understand how the sales process works when you are from a foreign country. Also, I had several times the impression that my sollicitor was acting as a letterbox for sending me the additional money requests from the buyer's side, while not giving me any indication on how to proceed. In summary, I felt left alone even in the final days of the sales process.

Been very impressed with The Partnership. While assisting with our house sale they have kept us informed throughout - not only when things have progressed but also in a weekly catch-up to explain why they haven't - on those occasions when this has happened and you just have to patient!This proactive attitude has been really useful and reassuring, and probably explains why we exchanged well within the expected time-frame. We always felt delays were kept to a minimum because they were on top of everything.Buying and selling a property is stressful but really minimised with the right solicitor(s) and estate agent(s)!

We had the two amazing solicitors of Jaraj & Alex. Now I’ll start by saying our sale was by no means simple but the two amazing gentlemen went above and beyond crossing every T and dotting every I. No matter what question we put to them they had the answer. They also really fought our corner when we needed them too.

Excellent service again from The Partnership (third time dealing with them).We had a stressful simultaneous purchase and sale, and really appreciate the support we received at the business end of the transactions.As usual there was pressure from elsewhere in the chain. In the end the rest of the chain caused the delays because the correct checks on deposits were not made by their solicitors. Everything had been done correctly for us by The Partnership.

Brilliant service. Everyone we dealt with responded very quickly and having the portal meant we could see exactly at what stage we were at and what we needed to do to get to the next step. We have used other Solicitors in the past and have been frustrated with the lack of communication, need to chase for things and last minute requests from us that could have been resolved at a much earlier stage in the process. I would highly recommend the Partnership, they made our house buying process feel very smooth.

Overall good value for money - some but g positives but also but some negatives. We got there in the end but wouldn’t use a portal based service again unless buying/selling something very simple without any issues and the others party’s solicitors were willing to negotiate and take a view on certain aspects. The people we dealt with weren’t easy to contact by phone but they obviously knew what they were doing and were very professional.

Whilst The Partnership's real-time digital portal is a key reason to use them, the individuals who support the process are attentive, professional, readily available and passionate about successful outcomes. We have used them for the last 3 sale and purchase transactions, and would not consider using another firm.
