We’ve been with Partnership throughout the moving process which took a staggering 14 months to compete. In that time Partnership we’re fantastic and couldn’t be faulted. Solicitors can sometimes get a bad rep but these people could not have done more for us. Continuous contact every week solid for over a year. They were always friendly, approachable and responses to queries were answered pretty much same day. When our first sale fell through, they supported us, and we’re compassionate.To be honest, the Partnership were and are worth every single penny and we’d use them again and again. I was told by Rico, that I could try this for 30 days and get my money back if I was unsatisfied. After seeing the FISBO leads that they were sending over, it was not for me. Then I went to terminate and eat the $1250 dollars for the first 30-day trial. Then Ali Irving, Preston Smith, and Jocylen White send me an email stating that I did not read the fine print. So much for taking Rico's word! In my opinion, this is a bait and switch operation. Call your own FISBO's!

The partnership gave me a quote same day after a very friendly phone call discussing the process. Everytime I had a question they got back to me same day. Their portal is brilliant making it easy to return documents & get regular updates. I cannot recommend enough! I tell everyone to use them.

Having previously had a bad experience with this process when purchasing a property several years ago I approached it with some trepidation. They were quick to respond to queries, were clear and concise with requests and were there to support me along the way. The online portal was excellent and provided everything you could want. I'm quite surprised by all the positive reviews for this company as my experience has not been great. We're currently in the process of selling our flat and The Partnership are acting for our buyers. They have been slow to respond to queries, they haven't supplied documents that have been requested, they've asked for the EPC certificate three times even though it's been sent to them - TWICE! They won't commit to an exchange date, even though there is very little outstanding, which is making it very difficult for us to arrange the time off work or book removals. Maybe my buyers have just been unlucky with who they have assigned to their case, but it has not left a great impression of The Partnership on me.
