Used The Partnership for my recent conveyancy (sold and bought a new house).I can't really fault my experience with them. I was kept up-to-date as everything progressed, they were professional and friendly throughout, even when my buyer/buyers solicitors were creating problems. They answered all of my questions and offered advice where appropriate.I'd certainly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

There are no more than a handful of times in life where I have been truly blown away by a company - The Partnership is one of them. The professionalism, patience, organisation and app (which is essential in communicating) is unbelievable. Every single day we felt they were fighting for our interests and driving the process. They are efficient, knowledgeable and we never felt like just another case. Their app is transformative - all communication is through this as well as any documents. We instantly saw what the status of everything was.We've worked with a number of solicitors over the years but I'll never work with anyone but The Partnership going forward. Have previously used the Partnership and been really impressed with the service offered and our assigned lawyer. This wasn't the case this time. We found our Solicitor to be unhelpful and actually pretty rude on a number of occasions. I understand that more experienced solicitors are more likely to be clearer communicators but you would expect at a basic minimum for your Solicitor to be sincere and empathetic, especially given that house buying is a stressful process.To be specific - we found the service offered to be slow and sometimes obstructive. Our solicitor continuously told us that they had more pressing cases to deal with and so did take time to respond to tasks and enquiries required, which is fair enough. We did think that the slow nature of the work would translate into careful and diligent work. However, when the solicitor in question left the business for whatever reason, it was pretty clear this wasn't actually the case as the new solicitor had to redo a fair portion of the what had been done.The replacement solicitor did a good job, I just wouldn't recommend to others to use and won't use again myself, given the experience we had with our original solicitor.

The Partnership are fantastic. I've used them for 2 house purchases. They are the most efficient lawyers you could ever hope for. I'd specifically like to mention Kim and Eloise who dealt with our case for months while we had slow and incompetent buyers. They encourage you to get in touch with any questions, they were easy to reach on the phone and portal every time. If it wasn't for them this current purchase would undoubtedly taken months longer and I applaud their work ethic

For someone that buys and sells a lot of property, conveyancing has always been very hit and miss. This is the first time & experience with The Partnership. Very disappointing service from a firm that we chose because we expected a high standard of work and customer service. Our designated solicitor was antagonising and disengaged, did not anticipate problems that were predictable, leading to upset and distress and a breakdown in relationship between ourselves and the vendors when completion dates slipped unnecessarily. This was reported to senior management who agreed this was problematic and apologised, but offered no compensation. We dealt with a different solicitor briefly and she was excellent, so it seems it's luck of the draw - which it should not be. I wish I had gone with a less expensive firm as we got no value for money here, rather a lot of distress. I used a cheaper firm for the sale of a property and found them to be excellent.

It took 20 weeks to complete the property purchase. It is quite a long time. This totally affect my plan. It would be better that the solicitor could have a video conference to explain the details of the purchase and any points that need to pay attention. As a layman, we do not total understand what all the legal documents are refer to and what should be pay attention.

The Partnership were great through a pretty stressful house purchase. There were maybe a couple of things they could have done to speed things up but everything was done and done well. Would definitely use again, especially having seen how awful the other side's solicitors were.

I initially instructed a solicitor that was cheaper and that almost caused the buyer to pull out as the response time was very slow and was hard to get hold of the persons dealing with the case and also kept having to redo initial paperwork's. I then decided to go with The Partnership and I could immediately see the difference from the get go. It is easy to use the Portal and can message anytime and always get a response, can also speak via phone, all very polite and professional. Get weekly Updates. I am now also using The Partnership for the Purchase of my new Property and believe the Fees are worth paying as efficiency is a must as it's a lengthy process.
