The solicitor didn't explain the leakage and additional expenses it may occur to the buyer (me) in spite of it was it was indicated in the documents sent by management company. They did a good job of following up and getting the basic enquiry done but failed to explain to me the known/indicated risks even though I asked if there's any issues with which I shouldn't proceed with this purchase.

This seems to be the modern, sensible, and exemplary way to carry out conveyancing. The dedicated portal is extremely well planned and makes the whole process run smoothly. A friend started a purchase at the same time with a conventional firm and is still bogged down in the paperwork mire. By contrast The Partnership team were very helpful and supportive at every stage and explained everything clearly so that we achieved a satisfactory and speedy result with a purchase that had a number of tricky hurdles to overcome.

We were recommended to The Partnership Property Lawyers by our Estate Agent ( Charles Henry) and for that we are very grateful. The legal process of buying and selling a home has been conducted extremely smoothly using their portal.From the start, on the sale of our property information is required which is simply downloaded on to the portal and sent across. Similarly, information is received on the property we are purchasing via the same method. At all times you are aware of the progress and also receive a weekly update. Any emails sent through the portal are always acknowledged and replied to immediately. Also, there may be occasions when you do need to phone but again, all calls are answered quickly and you are put through to a member of the team dealing with your sale and purchase.Altogether, Property Partnership have taken away a massive amount of the stress usually associated with a house move. Now for the packing!!!

We had a great experience with The Partnership from start to finish. As first-time buyers we were a bit daunted by the whole experience and I also had to deal with the bulk of it whilst away with work. The partnership were recommended to us and as soon we spoke with them and explained our situation, we got the feeling that they were the right company for us. The online portal is brilliant and allows you to keep track of where you are in the purchase, upload and download certain documents, review your live statement, and send messages to your solicitor.Communication was excellent throughout and any questions/queries were answered within 24 hours. Weekly updates were also sent out to keep us up to date on everything going on in the background.Our solicitor ‘Ffion’ and her assistant ‘Ronnie’ were professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the process and were able to answer all questions (regardless of how noddy they may have been) in a very timely manner. It is also worth mentioning Marianne, Zoe, Daria and Charles who were also involved at some point in our purchase and a pleasure to work with.We appreciate that all house purchases are different but for us it was 7 weeks from appointing them to completion. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy!

The Partnership is fantastic. I could see every aspect of the process laid out and what steps were to be completed. I received at least weekly communication from the team, including when nothing had happened yet we are still waiting, which is hugely useful when dealing with solicitors. They responded very quickly every time, and the forms were very easy to complete in the portal. I would very much recommend them to anyone selling a house!

TrustpilotAbsolutely incompetent... Avoid at all costs
Absolutely incompetent. They got names and personal data wrong when preparing our mortgage documents, delayed the process with over 2 months due to hiccups on their side (resulting in extra expenses and rents for us in those 2 months). In the end after over an year past the end of the proceedings they have the audacity to contact us asking for another £414.50 in fees that were forgotten/missed by their accounting team!? Now, they are ignoring our emails with complaints and keep sending threatening spam emails chasing us for those £414.50 without addressing their horrible service and the complaints we made.
Clearly we are sorry for your frustration, but you are not our client, and they still owe the Land Registry their fee.We will continue to speak with our client to resolve this.Tracy Holland, Associate Director, Sales & Marketing
