Fantastic! The whole moving experience has been incredibly stressful leaving me speechless at the general incompetence of other firms of Solicitors in the chain. Got there in the end but very unhelpful. Would definitely never use the Partnership again, have warned others against them and my estate agency also said they're no longer recommending the Partnership to clients. I'm a first time buyer and not from the UK so maybe my expectations for actually getting at least a decent service were too high. I definitely think they took thousands of pounds from me with very little to show for it. Very much 'check it yourself', 'we already sent that to you, check this document we have named really illogically' and 'computer says no' type of experience. I have 0 faith that if there was something alarming in the paperwork that Nicole would have highlighted it to me. I'm guessing they're understaffed as well or otherwise just don't provide any holiday/sick cover which I think led to at least 2 weeks delay on my exchange on what should have been a quick, no chain process. I felt really stupid when I asked any questions because the response tended to be se frosty so definitely not ideal for a first time buyer, and I did extensive research myself. I did however like the portal and at the beginning the staff was fairly engaged, I think I was just given a below average or potentially overworked solicitor.

The Partnership were recommended by our mortgage broker and I’m very glad we chose them. They answered all of our questions within minutes and went above and beyond to explain things to us as first time buyers. Michaela & Atena in particular were very helpful and efficient, and we were able to complete in about 10 weeks thanks to their efforts. I would recommend their services and feel it was money well spent. In terms of privacy and data security, overall I feel their system is good as you can clearly see sale progress, all documents and correspondence. They have 2FA for each log in which made me feel better about uploading my information. We had a minor data security snafu where one of our files was uploaded to the wrong client portal but to The Partnership’s credit they immediately told us what happened and apologised.

The initial contact from TP was very professional. Then lawyers on our account were changed and no effort was made to introduce themselves.Overall during teh sale and purchase communications on updates were sometimes not clear and some language used in messages confusing to mere members of the public.Good to know that whenever we rang there was a human being and calls were always returned.We did have to chase on a couple of ocasions.The final steps were excellent.Overall TP got the job done but some improvements in communication would have been helpful.

The Partnership have been professional from the moment first contact them through to the completion of my first time buy dream home. I highly recommend these property lawyers as they are efficient, always respond to your messages within minutes on any concerns you may have and always update you on the progress. They also have a portal where you can live check the progress from documents, to searches, to exchange of contracts and finally completion. A great experience overall!

The Portal system used by The Partnership was easy to follow and queries were rapidly followed up. I never had any difficulty with being able to speak to my conveyancing solicitor or assistant. Our house purchase appeared complicated due to the rural nature of the plot, parts of which had changed hands many times. I felt that the relevance of all the shared file attachments was heavy going without any guidance and unfortunately the explanations led to more questions than answers but we got there in the end! I did not feel that the Report on Title (the main feedback from Searches and land checks) which should have been a concise, clear explanation of what I needed to know as a purchaser, was as well written as it could have been, as this is where I needed to raise many questions (as a layman to the Rights and Laws and relevance of historical documents).For a more straight forward house purchase, I would not hesitate in recommending The Partnership.
