The Partnership took the sale of my property through to completion in a polite, speedy and efficient manner. Admittedly it was a straightforward transaction, the house being empty and the buyers being first-time, but the whole business was finished within 8 weeks. Perfect. Communication through The Partnership's portal works well, but there is always the comfort of knowing they will speak to clients if there are any questions.

The legal team (Ms Nicole Johnston and Ms Patience Kpor) that I worked with was the best thing in this transaction. They were very helpful, supportive and prompt in walking/taking me through the entire process. As I am based overseas, they have helped tremendously in working and coordinating with many parties on my behalf on local communications and supporting documents requests. I am very grateful for the assistance that they have rendered. Second, the Dashboard/website provided by The Partnership is a great tool. Difficult to think of more professional firm. They have been supportive, very prompt in responding to any concern and providing continuous regular feedback and progress updates. I faced major issues with the other party (seller), deal fell through due to their neglicence and the Partnership supported throughout the whole process via continuous expediting. Then I found anothre house and from offer acceptance it took only 2 months to Exchange contracts. Highly recommended!

Disappointed in the lack of knowledge of our account manager in relation to the necessary forms of identification and required completion format of necessary forms for buying and selling houses. The negative impact was a delay on exchanging contracts. Customer service is a definite area to improve. A clear lack of empathy for customers in verbal communications. Communication is poor with an over reliance on the portal for updates and requests. Questions not answered within the portal. Incorrect information was shared as forms and paperwork was not read completely and thoroughly by the team. One example was a demand on us for funds within 24 hours or failure to complete. The impact was stress and lack of clarity on why this demand was made. Please note, in actual fact The Partnership had funds owing to us.
