I was apprehensive about using the Partnership as they are not cheap. However, it was worth the money. The service was excellent. The portal was initially tedious and time consuming to get my head around but so efficient, clear, user friendly and safe once you’re up and running. The team send weekly updates, and are always available on the phone if you need them. They are proactive and tell you if someone is going to be out of the office. Thoroughly great professional service.

Very very good service, prompt and efficient, and fairly priced.The only reason it’s not 5 stars (I would have picked 4.5 if could) is our appointed solicitor didn’t respond directly to our messages on their portal, choosing instead to raise enquiries which we then had to wade through to find answers. This was a v minor issue however and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Partnership.

So quick! Never had to chase them, and the portal makes everything super clear. They really helped us understand everything as it was happening - especially over the phone. Some of their emails assumed a level of understanding from us that we didn't have as first time buyers - but they were always happy to clarify. They were easy to reach when needed. Some of the costs accrued in the process weren't laid out in our original quote. But overall, we'd absolutely recommend - such a better experience than anyone else we know has had with other solicitors.
