Indeed the worst law firm I've ever worked with - multiple delays in the purchase process and various problems arising from a piece of document. They can't even handle a single typo. A certain employee named Sarah Ambrose even threatened us not to publish this review with the fact that they would not continue with our purchase. That is simply low.

Never felt like they had a handle on things. Took until mid/late week to read things that arrived in their inbox at the weekend. Told us they were waiting for things they had already received. Added unnecessary stress to a stressful time.

The partnership was very thorough in the searches they did when we were in the process of buying a property. We are very satisfied with their prompt replies to our questions. Towards the end of the process there was some unclarity about the funds needed, however we were able to sort this satisfactorily. And the unclarity may have something to do with the fact that we are non-UK buyers, not used to the complicated process of buying a property in the UK.

We're very happy to have "The Partnership" as our selling solicitor. What makes this firm stand out from the rest is definitely their communication and clarity of the process. Property selling is a very stressful process, especially a leasehold build which we are, we've to wait for document from the Landlord company, waiting for buyer's solicitor to be satisfy, it was a long exhausting process. But, never did we ever found our self to be in a situation where we don't know what is going on. We're always up to date, and when ever I called in the office, I never fail to speak to my solicitor! This company is the real deal. They know their stuff, professional & friendly. TrustpilotAvoid at all costs, slow and little care
I am reaching the end of buying a flat after nearly a year. I am a first time buyer, its a chain free property, I don't need to sell anything from my end and the Partnership have completely dragged this out, I was given junior and assistant staff to handle my case, even though the company could see my stress and that this needed to be moved on quickly. The replies were slow, I was not told when things were outstanding unless I asked. The partnership made this process unbelievably stressful and there was absolutely no care or urgency from them - I was the one chasing them. When I did call to chase I was often met with quite a annoyed tone. I had to wait a long time for a council pack (which was not The Partnerships fault) but after this you'd think they would speed up their work on my case, they did not.

Absolutely would recommend - we did a purchase only, but it was a leasehold. There were the expected "moments" when things could have got stressful/out of hand but these guys are very calm and professional. No suprises on the bill (which in my experience is v. unusual!) everything they were doing we knew about.Communications/documentation all excellent......100% sure I'll use them again if/when we move.

We have had a very difficult process buying our first property and all I can say is every step of the way the partnership have been there and supporting us though all problems we have faced. Very clear and to the point. With there consistency though the full 9 months we managed to get the house sorted With out there hard work this would not of happened

The only imperfection is the completion process where the notification for funds transfer only happened last minute before the completion date giving people lack of preparation for transfer. Other than that it was all really good services.

The Partnership give a first class service at a very competitive price. Mekael Rahman and Ellie Fraser have been very attentive and have always chased the buyer’s solicitors to move the transaction on. The portal communication system is first class and keeps everyone updated on progress. This is the third transaction the Partnership have done for me and I would not use anybody else. Even my estate agent is so impressed he is recommending them too!

We have used The Partnership for multiple sales and purchases over the past decade and have consistently been impressed by their efficient online system and clear communication. However, during our most recent purchase, we felt the process was more challenging than previous experiences. While we understand that every transaction is unique, this one lacked a sense of urgency that we’ve come to expect. Additionally, we were surprised by the tone of communication from one of the assistants, which came across as rude, something that stood out given the typically high standard of service we’ve always experienced.

Our sale was a little complicated as we were selling a leasehold apartment with freeholders and management company that wasn’t very responsive. whenever we had questions or needed advise, Ishamil & Alex always responded and at times went above and beyond to assist us. We were very happy with the entire process and the online portal they used to communicate and upload documents made everything really simple from start to completion. The use of the portal to see where everything is makes a big difference. Whilst the different stages are managed by different people, it also ensures there is capacity across the larger team. I completed within the timeframe needed which was tight, but they all pulled together to get everything closed but equally ensuring there was no residual risk - the team had my best interests at heart.
