GoogleI have been using Townends for my seven properties for the past 15 years! First in Farnham, then Aldershot, and now Guildford. The staff have always been very polite, helpful and extremely efficient. i would not hesitate to recommend them as a Letting Agent.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Townends, Guildford. I've not had the best of experiences with estate agents, but felt compelled to write a review and thank you, for the service i received from them, especially from Lee Glome, who is an asset to them. He was informative, pro-active as opposed to reactive and answered any questions i had, even the trivial ones. I probably bent his ear more than i should but he was the model pro and i will be recommending Townends to all my friends and family.

GoogleI had been lucky enough in the past to buy and sell through Townends so knew the quality of their work was high. I was introduced to Richard who has since helped me with my buy to let properties. He has helped me out on a number of occasions in a variety of ways and his advice is always accurate and helpful. If you have any problems, concerns or it is your first time in property I would particularly go to Guildford Townends and I am sure Richard would help you out as much as he has me in the past. Great service all round

GoogleVile service from everyone at townends. Moved into a mouldy flat that townends failed to tell us about but instead hid the mould with paint. They knew full well about the mould problem but were more than happy to take our money. There renting fees are ridiculous and one of the most expensive in Guildford. There all happy to help when they haven't received your money, but as soon as they have it they don't want to know. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Company should be ashamed.

GoogleBrilliant company! Kitty organised everything for me, she was helpful the whole way through, answered any questions I had no matter how silly they were! All the staff were helpful and polite when visiting their shop, very good company, run very well, would definitely recommend!

GoogleIt's not often that Estate Agents get praise, however I have just completed on the sale of my house in Guildford and the service I got couldn't have been better. I was kept informed at all times with regular updates, there were a few legal issues to iron out but these aren't in the agents control. It's a shame I have moved to Newbury becuase I wouldn't hesitate to have used them again. a great job well done.
