Google- Ripped us off in admin fees. - Forgot about our check out appointment and never turned up. - Late to every single other appointment by at least 30 minutes. - Email them for weeks with no response. I always had to follow up. - No communication with their customers or between themselves. I didn't realise the estate agent stereotype was so accurate.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Townsends in Guildford and I was very impressed with the service that I received. Having never sold a property before I had no idea on the process, or what was involved. The sales manager Lee helped me ever step of the way and kept my fully informed throughout the process, and is a credit to the company.

GoogleVery unprofessional. All the employees at this office are two-faced! they will assist you in every way up until you sign the contract. Then you're on your own. You will be doing yourself a favor if you go ahead and rent with another agent.
