Google,It's the worst agency I've seen, greedy people We wanted to rent property, We contacted them and had an appointment to view the property but they cancelled appointment without telling as and arranged another one, We went to view it the next day and told the agent that we want to rent it he sent as forms to fill and my husband has filled all the forms and sent it back to them and he wanted to pay the deposit but they told him we will call you back after making sure that the information in the form is correct but they did not call and we waited for three days and every day my husband was calling them and ask, until yesterday after they gave the house to another tenant who paid more on the amount as shown,Even though my husband paid them the full amount offered,But they increased the property rent when they saw many people interested

GoogleI coordinated with Tarkan and got my place via him. He was great! He was helpful, polite, prompt with replying and very approachable. He knew what I wanted and didn't bombard me with random places. Very friendly and plan to work with them again in the future!

GoogleSimply atrocious from a tenant point of view. 18 months without a curtain pole after replacing the windows. Company did nothing. Staff do not have a basic grasp of the requirements of a letting agent. My advice would be to go for a different letting agency if at all possible, as I have no good things to say about this one.

GoogleHorrendous customer service. List of issues is endless; consistently ignored emails, no accountability for mistakes, very slow to deal with repairs, do not seem to communicate internally (and/or just use this as an excuse for their common 'mix ups'), unprofessional communication manner. Without doubt the worst estate agents I have ever used.
