Worst experience ever from a current tenant. When I moved in the house was not clean a bit; it was full of dust and spiders webs everywhere. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The oven and wardrobe has been broken since I moved in and I reported it many times and no one is bothered to come fix the stuff. The boiler and heating system hasn’t been working for about 10 days. I can’t shower and I have a fever. I don’t know what to do to make them fix the issues.

Terrible… I’m staying in one of their properties for more than a month now, I have reported more than a dozen issues on their maintenance website and only got repair for one issue. Keep hearing the We’’ll deal with that but day 34 and still no other repairs… I also saw that they reply to bad reviews with an email address that you can send an email with your issues and get help with any problems and even after sending an email there I still don’t have a respond a week after… Additionally when I moved I got spammed to leave them a good review and boy am I glad I didn’t… I’ve been staying in student accommodations for the last 3 years and my experience with those agents has been the worse in terms of property maintenance. I might be in a property that they don’t care about but still I don’t feel like I get my moneys worth…

Avoid this estate agency if you can. Once you sign the tenancy agreement you basically become irrelevant to them. They are terrible at communicating, often saying they will return your calls or emails, yet fail to do so every time. They make false promises to keep you happy but do not stay true to them. Be prepared to call day after day to resolve simple issues. Would not recommend to anyone who would like to stay sane. Extremely unprofessional at handling people, yet that is their day to day job. If I could give them a negative star review I would, they should be happy with the 1 star given as they don't even deserve that.

A really helpful agency which provided high amounts of detail and communication to consistently provide offers which were competitive in a saturated marked. I had communication with an agent called Darcy who made the whole process of moving and arranging viewings incredibly straight forward. She was very flexible with timings and answered any questions I had with any property. Overall this agency and Darcy specifically gave an A grade service which I would highly recommend and use again!

Absolutley appalling. Repairs take months at best and are often at poor quality. Incredibly slow communication. They are also so dishonest and have no problem with exploting indivudals, especially students who they know are passive. They've also been very dishonest, claiming that they will make repairs on the condition of us moving in; which they have not done. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone, under any circumstances.
