Very professional service throughout the sale. We dealt with Simon initially who was very personable and professional; the house was marketed extremely quickly and we were kept informed throughout the process. The team in the Guildford office were all great to deal with and I would have no hesitation recommending them. Luke did our negotiations, it was very refreshing to deal with someone so experienced and competent in this area. I would highly recommend them if planning on selling in the Guildford area.

Simon was the main contact in the Guildford office. He was excellent and gave us really good advice and was able to get a buyer at just the right price. This was a difficult house to sell as it was not really a family home more of a Buy to Let investment. We used 3 other agents in Guildford over the past 2 years and this did not result in a sale despite having reduced the price several times. Seymours succeeded where the others had failed, in finding a buyer at an acceptable price. Well done Simon and Seymours.

I chose Seymours to market my property as they came up as one of the top agencies in the area and I wasn't disappointed with the service at all! They offered great, honest advice on the asking price and Luke was constantly on the case - finding potential buyers and sending feedback on people who had viewed the property. When I did sell, my transaction was particularly stressful and Clive was a great help chasing solicitors and keeping my onward purchase up to date. A lot of hardwork was required to get my transaction done! Really recommend Seymours if you're looking to sell or buy!

Terrible attitude towards customers. I tried calling several times and all the time they or don't have my details, then they say they'll call back and never do it, or they say they'll send an email and guess what? They never did. Perhaps the reason is that I am disabled and receive benefits, even though my partner works. If that's the case, then shame on you. I am very disappointed.

I found Simon to be really helpful and supportive in this somewhat unusual sale. Originally we were selling to a sitting tenant, but they had problems with their mortgage. Simon helped me to work with the lettings team to support the tenant vacating the property and finding a new home, whilst also picking up the sales process again. As an owner living at the opposite end of the country, Simon helped me with a house clearance company and some cosmetic repairs that the buyer insisted were done just before exchange.
