Dear Mr James, Thank you for taking the time to review our services and we're very sorry to see that you have provided the team with a 1 star review. We take all of our reviews, be they positive or negative very seriously, but because you haven't provided any further details, it's difficult to understand your journey with us and how we can resolve your situation or better your experience. We have undertaken a database search but unfortunately we can find no record of you using our services. As a result, could you please get in touch with Simon Kelso who is the sales manager at the Guildford office on 01483 576833 or simon@seymours-guildford.co.uk so that we can rectify any concerns you may have. Thank you.
