GoogleSavills and in particular George Duff handled the process from start to finish with humility, warmth, understanding and professionalism. Including providing quick repsonses to any queries I had. The check in process of the property was well managed, very organised and responsive even with the snagging items I had discussed. GoogleSavills (George) was really helpful in assisting me in securing my first lease back in the UK. He communicated with me regularly, and shared additional information with me about the village and the surrounding area. The reference team were very prompt in their response, and kept in the loop at all times. They were also great in providing additional information such as household insurance. I would be happy to use Savills again as a property consultant.

Where savills were useful was that they had most of the flow of larger properties we were after, and in the end they showed us a off-market property which was perfect and we wouldn't have found through the usual rightmove searches. Actual buying process was as expected in the uk and a hassle ( clive and hugh however very useful ) but overall a satisfied customer
