GoogleWe have just bought our new build property through Savills. I can’t praise Harvey enough for his tenacity in getting this purchase over the line. We had a very tricky chain, with lots of problems to overcome. Harvey was in almost daily contact with everyone in the chain, and he was very proactive in suggesting solutions to all the problems encountered. He never gave up - after nearly 6 months we finally got there. Thank you Harvey for all your hard work, persistence and sheer doggedness in getting this done!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience purchasing a property marketed by Savills. Matthew Addison-Smith went out of his way to support us throughout the process and made what was a stressful experience more straightforward. This was particularly true as the first property we were in the process of purchasing via Savills unfortunately didn’t work out (although Matthew did everything he could to avoid this despite not being within Savills’ control), but we were lucky enough that Matthew was also marketing another property nearby that was perfect for us. He offered frequent, frank advice - was always available on the phone or email and was our go-to over both our selling agent and our solicitor (he was even the first person to let us know we’d exchanged!) I’d highly recommend Savills (particularly Matthew) if you’re selling (and, if you’re lucky enough to have him as an agent when you’re buying).
