GoogleI’ve recently taken tenancy on a flat through George Duff at Savills, the experience was smooth and plain sailing, from contact, viewing to picking up the keys, I really appreciate all the help George gave me as it is my first rental and I wasn’t sure on everything that needed to be done but he answered all my questions sometimes even in unsociable hours long after he had finished work, so thank you George, much appreciated.

GoogleThe service from Savills through both selling my house and buying another with them has been outstanding. Matthew was helpful and professional from initial valuation to exchange. He was quick to suggest properties I might be interested in and arrange viewings. Communication throughout the process has been great. GoogleWe appointed Savills to market our house in April 2021 after a three-way pitch against two other leading agencies. Alastair Mercer had been recommended to us as an experienced and ethical professional and we liked him immediately. He valued our house significantly higher than his competitors but gave us good reason to understand why he could deliver. And he did. We achieved a price £75,000 higher than the starting valuation of both other agencies. Throughout the process he was available and attentive, offering wise counsel, bringing his experience to bear without dismissing our perspectives. And when our house was sold Alastair and his team stayed in touch to help us find our next home. There is no doubt that English law makes house selling and buying much more tricky than it needs to be, but Savills were strong partners throughout. Their fee was higher than you can find in the marketplace but the value delivered gave us outstanding service and indeed left us better off.
