Absolute best ‘estate’ agent in Guildford for extorting students / young professionals, and letting landlords get away with providing unsafe housing / abominable ‘living’ standards. (Indeed, see all the shining reviews from the greediest of landlords.) Haart Guildford lets out houses with black mould, rats, collapsed ceilings, two keys to share between six tenants, broken boilers, broken washing machines, doors with broken locks, no heating during winter, and an insufficient number of bed frames (with zero guilty conscience of course). Among the ‘people’ / monsters who work here, one is an undeniable racist, and another should win the award for being most convincing actress (liar). These people are having a fantastic time lining their little pockets with cash from commission, but there is a special place in hell waiting for them and their ‘profession’.

We had a bit of a problem with our house- we had a water leak that leaked into our fuse board which left us without electricity/power or water to the property. Nikki and her team worked efficiently to get all repairs carried out within the week and ensured that we were swiftly reimbursed for any costs we incurred whilst in alternative accommodation. We are super grateful that they really cared about our welfare and safety throughout the process. We had daily check in phone calls to update us on the status of our house and email communications which were brilliant. Very grateful to Nikki and her team for resolving this potentially longer term situation so quickly for us. Any little issues we have had, have always been resolved in a timely manner too.
