In all honesty I was very frustrated making the call to yet another estate agents seeing as I hadn’t had much help in recent weeks regarding a relocation. However after my conversation with Lashaun from the guilford branch, I was definitely looking at the rest of the day in a much positive light. Was very efficient and very straight to the point. I have been with Haart for over 3 years and the team has always been very agile, helpful and understanding, even when under the pressure or complex situations. After contacting almost all the letting agents in Guildford, we chose Haart because they had a significant presence in our area and their property maintenance manager is in the office and not in some central location and has been with the company for a number of years, not some Hooray Henrietta who stays for a few months. The letting process for the two properties we have listed with Haart worked very well with quick viewings leading to quick lettings. My only quibble is that I think they should be able to provide floor plans in the marketing. Sophia Bracey-Gibbon, the negotiator, was excellent, keeping a constant flow of communication between us and the prospective tenants, relaying their queries and standing firm for us on certain issues. My partner and I recently moved out of a home which we rented through Haart Lettings and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. The estate agent, Emily, who showed us around the house was extremely personable and professional and we took the house there and then! All paper work was handled quickly and efficiently and the ability to complete everything online was perfect. Victoria, who managed our tenancy was amazing and went above and beyond to sort out any issues immediately, providing excellent service. We would definitely recommend Haart Lettings to other tenants in the future!

Haart in Guildford are amazing, on the 8th Feb we had an issue with the home that we rent, exploded boiler and broken pipes, leaking O2 gas. We called them as soon as the store opened told them the issue "was like a waterfall in my house" They were very helpful and quick to get something sorted, we had an emergency engineer out within the hour. Which he advised it wasn't safe to stay in our home. Nikki (manager) at Haart who took our call was amazing! She sorted out a hotel for us that day! This is week 2 in a lovely hotel that she's sorted for us while the house gets sorted (which is going to be for a few more weeks yet) she has communicated near enough every day and has given us updates on everything that is happening regarding engineers, decorators, insurance and anything that we need to know she has called, emailed or texted. Nikki has also kindly given me her personal number just in case I had an issue or was just feeling down to contact her, which is lovely! I can't say a bad word about Haart for what our situation is. They've been amazing and I can't thank them enough for their help so far. They've have put our safety and us first. Thank you all for your help so far and your hard work also. You've been superstars!!

The best agents fool and rob people with their hard-earned money. We recently let one of the properties through, which was full of mould. I have requested that they work on them and get the same fixed, but it's been almost 20 days and the resolution is still pending. We are a family of four, including two kids, and just because of this, the kids are not able to move into this property and stay with us. They sugarcoat things and promise you excellent service, but eventually, after sales, they deny that it's their maintenance department that would be looking after the issue. I would not recommend anyone to let through Haart. The agony we have been put through is hard to describe in words, as is the pain of not being able to stay with our kids( as they are not in the country and we are waiting for this issue to be resolved to move them in.) Please think a ton before even walking into their office in Guildford.
