This shoddy outfit takes advantage of students - the University should warn students not to take on leases managed by this agency. They lie, are dishonest and completely lacking in integrity. Shame on Haart.

Haart Guildford asked us to secure a mortgage loan prior to letting us viewing the property. I am not sure if this is correct. However Megan has a impeccable manner and is always willing to help. I would recommend her to find suitable property for you.

It was lovely speaking with one of your team members - Megan Day. She was knowledgeable of the Guilford market and came across very caring. Although I’m not going ahead with any of the properties, I just wanted to leave a note to credit her of the great service I received!

Victoria at HAART Guildford has looked after our property for over 15 years. We have always found her to be extremely helpful and her communication skills are excellent. I am a fussy landlord and I cannot speak highly enough of her.
