Nikki has always been available in times of need and supportive. The contractors who did works in the bathroom were nice and left almost everything tidy. Overall very satisfied with the service so far and I would recommend.

Very impressed with the service provided by Emily at haart. Despite their system being down on the day we wanted to be shown round properties, she was punctual, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Unfortunately we didn't go for the property but this is no reflection on their great service. Thank you!

My dealings with Haart Guildford have been fantastic over the last few weeks. From the moment that we walked into their offices, off the street, to ask a few questions, it was completely different to the experience we had had with another agent. Their care and attention to detail when taking photos and marketing the property have been fantastic and regularly get back to you quickly after viewings have happened. They are very current and up to date, using social media and other technology which I haven’t seen with any other agent! Their hard work and tenacity to secure viewings in such a short amount of time has been second to none. I canning recommend them highly enough with their service to date, and hope for a positive outcome!

I've used a number of letting agents for my properties in the Guildford area over the years. Despite a promising start, each one has lost my business after a few lets either through sloppy admin, poor communication or excessive charging. All except for Haart Lettings, the only one that has been constantly reliable, efficient and value for money. After 8 years of working together I have never had anything but a full and attentive service, and I know my tenants have been similarly impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to landlords and tenants alike.

Very positive experience with Haart. Matthew Owens could not have done more for me - including collecting me from Woking!- and the viewing felt very friendly and informal. I have felt looked after and supported by Matthew and Sam at Haart throughout the process and the way Haart work and the services they offer have been a brilliant fit for me. I have felt well informed and been offered options but I have not felt pressured. Great company!
