I have already mentioned in my previous comment, that this is a gang of people operating from Guildford to London, covering South London. I would recommend the local Guildford MP to get involved along with other officials and get them closed. The worst agents I have ever seen, please don't get stuck with them. I have left my property and the landlord has already mailed them to release the deposit, but these criminals are not releasing it. We have already filed a complaint to the relevant authorities.

If I could leave a minus star review I would. I rented a property with them for just under two years and the service was appalling throughout, once the paperwork had all been signed and they had my money (even though the staff are friendly). My account manager changed about 4 times a year and never knew what was going on. I was promised that problems would be sorted out when I moved in and in one instance it still wasn't done when I moved out. I was without any means of cooking for 4 weeks and had to call in the council to force them to do anything, my oven still wasn't fixed for a further month. I had a minor leak in the flat roof above the living room and there was water staining getting gradually worse inside, eventually creating a small hole in the ceiling, this was reported for over a year and no-one was interested in repairing it until I gave notice. The issues that there were with the property grew out of proportion as it was so difficult to get anything resolved, I wish I had kept track of hour many hours I wasted dealing with them.

Haart manages a rental property that we own in Guildford. A little while ago, a situation arose that was rather tricky and difficult to untangle. We contacted Anne-Marie who responded in an effective way and resolved the problem very promptly. We have come to realise that this is Anne-Marie's standard modus operandi: when something needs to be done, she can be relied upon to listen and then advise in an informed way and to act quickly and effectively. As landlords who no longer live locally, having someone involved in the management of the properly whom we can trust really provides peace of mind.
